All the prayers in the world didn't seem to help Germany today as they fell to an energized Spanish team in the World Cup semis. Lacking the services of Thomas Mueller they couldn't put together enough offense to overcome the Spanish onslaught and went down 0-1. Seriously bummed. They'll play Uraguay on Saturday in the consolation game.
I'll be pulling for L'Oranje in the final.

All Europe in the finals. A bit surprised after the Europeans had so many poor games in their brackets. But they pulled it off. Hats off to them. Kinda wanted more of a South American flavor, but that's just me.
Now who will LeBron sign with? LOL! Amare' better get help in New York or the media will eat him alive.

It's our turn for the heat wave, in the 90s today. Oddly enough, there are cops swarming everywhere the last couple days. I wonder if they're just in their cars cos their air conditioned? It's kinda spooky, though. Wonder what's up.
